My academy graduates embody the kind of self-confidence that only comes from self-exploration, self-creation, and devoted self-love. 2023 PRICE $1174
In the Fast Track Program, we meet once a week and you do a homework activity every day from that week’s principal in between sessions. This program is for a seasoned self-care student who wants to refresh the fundamentals or a student who has time every single day to dedicate to their academy work. This student is on a mission to change their lives immediately and can focus most of their energy and attention on themselves.
This student will also get FREE my “Text Support” to stay in touch in between sessions for both months as my gift! Usually $222.
8 Month Program

In this program designed for the ULTIMATE INTEGRATION and effectiveness, we meet weekly and you do a homework activity most days in a week. This student has 3-4 hours each week to dedicate to self-study. This student likes to do a little bit each day and wants to thoroughly master each principle for the longest-lasting effect. This student also receives Ladder to Lightness AND my “Text Support” as a FREE GIFT!
This student would like to add on a one-day luxury EMPOWERMENT retreat with me in New Orleans for $477

* In all programs with me we stick to a plan AND we roll with the hiccups. If we need to delay or reschedule, that’s always ok. If we need to pause to travel or grieve or even move homes, that’s ok. I am here to offer what works for you at the time.
