Rooted Wisdom

Alongside my lifetime of inspired entrepreneurship, I earned a BS in Hospitality Management and minors in Economics & Nutrition from Auburn University.

I graduated 200HR Yoga Teacher Training with Mark Whitwell in Fiji in 2017 and am a Certified Huna Hawaiian Shamanic Practitioner since 2022.
