3 Day Grief Retreat: Healing After Loss
The reviews don’t lie: Everyone leaves more grounded than they knew they could be, lighter than they’ve been in years, and truly inspired for their next chapter to begin.
You will feel better right away, not next week.
This one-on-one grief retreat is exactly what you need.
You will learn how to let go, where you couldn’t before.
You will learn how to feel safe in your body and mind again.
You will be restored in a way that fills you with hope.
We will unburden your heart, bring stillness to your mind, and a calmness to your aching soul.
Your host Samantha is a grief-tender, that literally wrote the book on letting go.

3 Day Grief Retreat: Healing After Loss in New Orleans
Imagine you are flying in tomorrow….You’re staying in the Famous French Quarter in a private suite. You will arrive to take a leisurely afternoon settling in, swimming in the pool, strolling the afternoon away, exploring your foodie dreams at one of the many fabulous restaurants here in New Orleans.
The next day you will sleep in and get to enjoy a slow southern morning having a local breakfast, mmm, I can smell the chicory coffee from here. You might even take a stroll through City Park and see the old oaks dripping in moss and the incredible sculpture gardens and snag a warm, sugary beignet.
At 11am you will arrive to the Healing House where we will hug, say hello and immediately jump into a Shamanic Sage Smoke Cleansing. We will have a creamy chocolaty Cacao Ceremony to open your heart to its inner guidance and universal love.
From there the day will progress into your grief healing experience and will continue until we reach the light of relief.
In the middle of the day, we will pause to have a chef quality lunch made with your body’s preferences leading the way. (I have done your charts, I know what your body wants and I get to show you what you already know, but clearer.)
Before the day closes you will get a chance to be heard, without pressure or judgment. You will be validated in your experience and loved through the pain of life.
You will get to let go of the voices that you no longer need, the energy blocking your flow, and the past will be just that.
Your day will conclude with a tutorial on all books used and a signed copy will fly home alongside you, ready to lovingly support your new outlook and aligned life path!
You will head back to your hotel to integrate the day’s shifts.
You will nap, swim, lounge, and restore.
You will sleep like royalty and wake up full of inspiration, soul alignment, and ready to begin your next chapter.
I will teach you exactly what you need and keep the lessons clear, concise, and efficient.
Your healing will be simple, yet profound.
I know we will laugh, we will probably cry too, and for sure we will experience true connection.
Just in case you wondered what it was like. A retreat that goes on forever, because you deserve lifelong results.
While this is designed as a solo retreat, you are also welcome to make it a small group retreat if you want to bring someone. Message the retreat host Samantha to discuss the details.

My specialty is helping clients learn how to let go of their past, their pain, and their internal limitations. Next, we create lives they love to live today! We end generational trauma, we clear disease, we are uplifting the world into a better place one person, one family, one grounding breath at a time.
My incredible stories of personal exploration involve a eight-year solo journey around the world, to rid myself of everything that did not resonate with my soul while healing from the inside out and authoring four book on self mastery.

Location
New Orleans is full of life but with a laid-back energy that sets it apart from other cities. A place to honor all sides of life and face the pain of letting go.
For some, it’s all about Bourbon Street, a never-ending street party fueled by daiquiris and brass-band beats.
But off the main drag, you’ll also find quirky cafes and fancy antique shops, must-visit museums and haunted cemeteries.
Hop on the St. Charles Streetcar and take in the Garden District’s antebellum mansions, or spend an afternoon in the eclectic Bywater, where you can restaurant hop along St. Claude Avenue and see contemporary art at Studio Be.
Good music is everywhere in Frenchmen Street’s jazz clubs, Uptown’s dive bars, Treme’s lounges, and on nearly every street corner.
While Cajun and Creole dishes remain the city’s most iconic, there’s also very good Vietnamese food, from traditional pho to banh mi po’boys.
We can’t forget the heart of the city, City Park, where you can relax, play, explore, and get inspired by the nature, art, and locals living their dreams!

The closest airport is Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport where you can rent a car to complete your journey.
